RLB Automotive Consultants was founded by Rick and Laura Berman — two people who have spent their careers inside the dealer business, not writing about it from the outside. We've worked the desk, run the F&I office, and had the hard conversations with customers who couldn't keep up with a monthly payment that didn't match their paycheck.
